A new direct link between Budapest and northern England

On 9 October 2026 Ryanair unveiled the first 29 new routes in its summer 2027 programme, including Budapest–Leeds Bradford. The new service connects Hungary with the Leeds and Bradford area of West Yorkshire.

Why visit Leeds?

Leeds is a lively northern English city known for galleries, shopping streets and a varied dining scene. It can also serve as a base for exploring Yorkshire's historic towns and countryside.

When does it start and what does it cost?

Ryanair says tickets for the first 29 new routes are on sale through its website and app. The press release does not specify a first operating date or weekly frequency for Budapest–Leeds; check your dates, availability and total price before booking.

More than one new route

Other announced links include Bratislava–Chania, Athens–Turin, Palermo–Marrakesh and Kraków–Tangier. Ryanair describes these 29 routes as the first wave of its summer 2027 expansion.
