Price watch
Recently seen flight prices from Budapest and Vienna
We check return prices to popular destinations once a day. Every card shows when we saw the price. Labels such as “Price drop” appear only when our own collected data supports them.

Search flights directlyHow the Price Watch works
- The Price Watch collects flight prices from Budapest and Vienna to popular destinations, several months ahead.
- You can see the most recently seen prices for short trips, trips of about a week and longer stays, and compare them.
- The cards show the price our system saw most recently. These prices come from cached data based on earlier searches, so they are not real-time or guaranteed prices; the actual booking price may have changed by the time you click through.
- Once enough data has built up for a route, we will also be able to point out when a price looks better than before.
Questions
Where do the prices come from?
From the Aviasales flight data that Travelpayouts provides to partners. We query it once a day for fixed routes, travel months and trip lengths, and store every answer we receive.
Is the price on the card guaranteed?
No. The cards show the price our system saw most recently. These prices come from cached data based on earlier searches, so they are not real-time or guaranteed prices; the actual booking price may have changed by the time you click through. You see the final price on the booking site.
When do you show “Price drop” or “Good price today”?
Only when our own data supports it: a price drop needs at least 3 days of data for the same route, travel month and trip length; 7-day comparisons need 7 days and 30-day comparisons 30 days. Until then you see the current price only. We do not fill gaps with estimates.
Do I pay more through your link?
No. The links are partner links: if you book, we may earn a commission from the partner, which does not increase your price.
