Operator of Travel by Ildy — Devecz Ildikó — business address: Hauptstraße 13, 8380 Jennersdorf, Austria. These terms govern use of the Travel by Ildy website, its editorial travel content, comparison/search access and affiliate referrals.

You may use Travel by Ildy for lawful personal and travel-planning purposes. You must not intentionally interfere with the operation, security or availability of the website, misuse automated access or use the content in a way that infringes third-party rights or applicable law.

Travel by Ildy is a travel-content and affiliate-marketing website. It does not itself sell package travel, issue flight tickets, process hotel bookings, act as the contractual accommodation or transport provider or accept payment for travel services. Search tools, offers and links may lead to independent third-party travel providers.

Partner references may include Booking.com, Travelpayouts/Aviasales, Trip.com, LégtérClub and other independent travel providers. When you continue to a partner website, any booking or purchase contract is concluded directly between you and that partner/provider. Prices, availability, payment, cancellation, refunds, customer service and booking conditions are determined by that provider under its own terms and policies.

Some links, search tools, buttons and recommendations are affiliate or commercial partner references. Travel by Ildy may receive a commission or other agreed remuneration from qualifying transactions. This normally does not increase the price charged to you by the partner. We aim to keep destination and planning information useful and current, but travel conditions, entry and visa rules, health requirements, prices, taxes, schedules, availability and other time-sensitive information can change. Before booking or travelling, verify important information with the relevant official authority and the actual provider.

Travel by Ildy does not control independent partner websites and is not responsible for their separate content, technical availability or contractual performance. This does not exclude any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded under mandatory law.

Original Travel by Ildy text, layout and original creative content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party names, trademarks, photographs, videos, booking content and other third-party materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners and licensors.

These terms may be updated as the website, law or partner integrations evolve. The version published on this page applies from its stated update date.

Flight-search results may be presented in an embedded tool or a Travel by Ildy-branded White Label interface. The technology and result data are supplied by independent partners, including Travelpayouts and connected booking providers. Travel by Ildy is not an airline, ticket seller, travel agency or party to the booking contract and does not process booking payments, changes, cancellations or refunds.

Displayed prices and availability may change at any time. Currency displays in HUF, EUR or USD are indicative; the booking provider determines the exchange rate, binding currency and final payable amount. Travel by Ildy does not guarantee the absolute lowest fare available across every sales channel.
